For a third time, the lawyers for Volodymyr Zhukovskyy will try and convince a judge their client should be released from jail.
A hearing in the case is set for today as Zhukovskyy, who is from West Springfield, awaits trial for a 2019 crash in Randolph, New Hampshire that killed seven members of the Jarheads Motorcycle Club.
Prosecutors claim Zhukovskyy was under the influence at the time of the tragedy, but his lawyers say no police officers said he was impaired.
