The first of the residents of the Holyoke Soldiers Home will receive the COVID-19 vaccination.
State officials say the first person to receive the vaccine at the facility will be Robert Aucoin, a US Air Force Veteran.Aucoin is 78 and served from 1961 to 1965 during the Viet Nam era.
He has been at the Soldiers Home since 2018.
Residents at the Soldiers Home in Chelsea will also receive the Covid-19 vaccine today as well.
