State Police Wearing Body Cameras In Parts Of State

The Massachusetts State Police have begun rolling out its body camera program.

The agency has begun outfitting around 150 troopers assigned to Troop F at Logan International Airport this week.

The program will be expanded to the other State Police troops later this year.

Troop F was chosen to launch the program because it operates out of a single barracks.

No word on when the body camera program will come to western Mass.
