The U.S. Supreme Court is expected to hear arguments tomorrow on whether or not to reinstate the death penalty for convicted Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
The death sentence was dismissed by the federal appeals court in Boston last year citing procedural errors by the trial judge.
The 2013 bombings killed three people and injured more than 250 others.
The justices will not rule until later in the session.
