Neal Wants EPA/ OSHA To Investigate Environmental Issues At Courthouse

An update now on the courthouse that is making people sick in Springfield.

The Roderick Ireland Courthouse has come under fire for years for making people sick--and the Hampden County Bar Association says the reports are solid --that toxic mold is making people sick.

Now some help is on the way----congressman Richard Neal asking OSHA and the EPA to investigate.

The so called sick building has forced one trial to be moved...when jurors told the judge that they felt uncomfortable listening to testimony in the Ireland Courthouse--so the trial was moved next door to the Housing Court facility.

There has been no comment from the EPA yet.
