Chicopee School Boss To Plead Not Guilty In Federal Court

Suspended Chicopee school Superintendent Lynn Clark is scheduled for arraignment tomorrow in federal court.

She's accused of sending almost a hundred threatening text messages to a candidate for police chief.

Federal charges are for allegedly lying to F-B-I agents about sending the messages.

Mayor John Vieau has said that within a few months Clark will no longer be a city employee.

Clark through her attorney has denied all charges against her.
