The Springfield Thunderbirds are trailing for the first time in the 2022 American Hockey League playoffs.
The T-Birds lost 4-to-0 at home versus the Chicago Wolves in Game 3 of the Calder Cup Wednesday night.
Springfield is down in the bnest of seven series two games to one.
Springfield will try to extend the series this weekend.
Games 4 and 5 at the MassMutual Center are scheduled to begin at 7:05 p.m. Friday and Saturday nights.
