Zhukovskyy Trial Nears Start In New Hampshire

The West Springfield man accused of hitting and killing several motorcyclists back in 2019 has made another appearance in New Hampshire court.

On Wednesday, the final pretrial hearing happened in the Volodymyr Zhukovskyy case, and both the defense and prosecution discussed issues such as the number of jurors that will be picked and when those jurors are going to see the crash scene.

Zhukovskyy is accused of being under the influence when he struck the victims with his vehicle on Route 2 in Randolph.

His trial is set to begin July 26th.

Prosecutors say they could call up to one hundred witnesses.
