As the battle continues to try to get a question on the ballot to repeal it---a new poll indicates that a majority of registered voters in Massachusetts support a new law allowing illegal immigrants to get state driver's licenses.
The Suffolk University-Boston Globe poll shows 58 percent support keeping the new law, and that 34 percent feel it should be repealed.
Governor Charlie Baker vetoed the bill, but the legislature voted to override his veto and the measure is now law.
Baker said his veto was over concerns that the law could impact election security.
