A judge has ordered that Brian Walshe of Cohasset be held without bail after he was charged with murdering his wife.
Prosecutors believe he killed and dismembered Ana Walshe, and say used his son's iPad to search the Internet about how to dispose of a body.
He also allegedly searched online about whether you can be charged with murder without a body being found.
Some legal experts say that the prosecution can make its case, despite being unable to find the body, with the digital footprint of searches and certain DNA evidence.
Ana Walshe was last seen January first, and was reported missing by her employer in Washington DC three days later when she failed to arrive for work.
