The brother of a boy who died in a crash in Chicopee last month is being charged with OUI and manslaughter.
An application for an arrest warrant was issued for Ste'fen Baulkman on Wednesday.
The 19-year-old Baulkman is expected to be arraigned in Chicopee District Court today, just weeks after serving as a pallbearer for 13-year-old Da'Vant Byrd of Holyoke.
Bird was killed when the car he was riding in crashed into a house on Montgomery Street, which also caused serious injuries to the homeowner.
