Mihail Lujan of West Springfield has been sentenced for the rape of a nursing home patient.
The Hampden District Attorney's office says he was part of a contracted cleaning crew at the Wingate Nursing Home when the incident happened in March of 2013.
Lujan will spend ten-to-twelve years in state prison.
The DA's office expects him to be detained by federal authorities for deportation proceedings once he completes his prison sentence.
