Senators Ed Markey and Elizabeth Warren are expressing concerns about the company that provides health care to state prisons in Massachusetts.
MassLive.com reported that with the company's contract up for renewal next year, they want the CEO of Wellpath to answer questions.
Markey and Warren allege patients had time-sensitive medical care delayed.
They also claim Wellpath staff failed to follow physicians' treatment plans.
