A petition to remove Donald Trump's name from the primary ballot in Massachusetts has been denied.
In his ruling, state Supreme Judicial Court Justice Frank Gaziano did not say why the former president should or should not be disqualified.
He said the issue should only be addressed if Trump becomes the Republican nominee for president.
Last week the state Ballot Law Commission rejected a voter attempt to remove Trump's name from the ballot.
