A 20-year-old man has been charged with second-degree murder in connection with a deadly shooting in Waterbury.
Police say Fabrice Rumama of Springfield, Massachusetts shot and killed Shawn Spiker at the Kneeland Flats trailer park in Waterbury on October 14th.
A second man was shot and wounded during the incident, but Rumama is not charged with that shooting at this time.
Rumama will be arraigned this afternoon in Superior Court in Barre.
