The podcasting duo of Barack Obama and Bruce Springsteen are taking a hard left after "The Boss" told us to drive in the middle of the road. The pair are speaking their minds in a podcast called "Renegades: Born in the USA." For Obama, this is another opportunity to cash in on presidency and it's attempt at relevancy for the aging rock star. Their second episode was released last week and the topic was race relations. They eventually got around to the issue of reparations for Black Americans. Obama said they were justified and sighted, litics of White resistance and resentment" as the reason why he didn't pushĀ financial reparations for Black Americans during his presidency"the politics of White resistance and resentment" as why he didn't pushĀ for reparations during his presidency.
