Many people have expressed a preference for a certain Covid-19 vaccine and are willing to "shop around" for their favorite jab. Last week, the FDA granted emergency approval to Johnson & Johnson's vaccine. Unlike the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines which require two injections, the J&J vaccine is a single shot. Pfizer and Moderna are the most effective at preventing any infection, but testing of the J&J shot showed it prevented death and hospitalization for all of the people in the study.
