When Good People Need Help

We are blessed in western Mass to have a lot of great privately run groups that step right in and help those in need.

You know them. The Salvation Army. Friends of the Homeless. Good people doing good deeds.

Well the money has to come from somewhere and when the money runs out and the need is still pretty big, we need to help.

Lorraine's Soup Kitchen and Pantry deal more than 50 families each and every month to help.

One of the big staples is soup. And since the need has not let up for sometime, Kristin Rivers over at the Pantry says they need help.

So, if you are so inclined, a check to the Soup Kitchen at 170 Pendexter Avenue in Chicopee I am sure will be more than appreciated.

Just a thought if you are looking for some way to help.
