West Springfield Mayor Will Reichelt's push for a change in zoning regulations to bring breweries, distilleries and wineries to town is moving forward.
The West Springfield Planning Board voted to issue a favorable report of the mayor's proposal last week.
The Town Council followed up with an approval on Monday.
Those types of businesses can't currently be placed in an industrial zone.
