Health Insurance Costs Set To Rise

Health insurance rates are rising an  average of four percent in Massachusetts next year.

The rates released  by the Division of Insurance apply to people who get coverage  through small businesses.

It also applies to those who purchase  coverage on the Massachusetts Health Connector, which is the state's  health insurance exchange.

State officials have a goal of limiting  health coverage rate increases to an average of three percent each  year.
