Springfield Mayor Domenic Sarno is reacting after the feds shared details last week of a statewide investigation of the Latin Kings gang.
Sarno says he is very disturbed and concerned about activities happening at the Mt. Carmel Society, which was identified by the FBI as a gathering place for statewide gang meetings involving the Kings.
Sarno says his administration has pursued past sanctions against the establishment on Winthrop Street and that he will once again ask for a full review of its licenses.
