The U.S. House of Representatives voted to impeach Donald Trump on Wednesday, marking the first time in American history one president has been impeached twice.
The resolution accuses Trump of inciting the deadly attack on the U.S. Capitol last week.
Springfield Congressman Richard Neal said what happened was an act of sedition, and that Trump's response was inexcusable.
Neal added in a statement after the House vote, quote: "We are a nation built on rule of law, not the law of rulers".
