Bruins Season Over As Tuukka Avoids Talk About Future

The Islanders got a trio of goals in the second period as they beat the Bruins 6-2 in Uniondale. With the win, New York eliminates Boston from the playoffs, winning their series four-games-to-two. Brock Nelson scored twice in the win. Semyon Varlamov made 23 saves for the Isles, who will face the Tampa Bay Lightning in the Stanley Cup semifinals. Brad Marchand scored both goals for Boston. Tuukka Rask made 23 saves in the loss. 

After the game Rask told reporters he wasn't going to talk about injuries or the future. Rask is an unrestricted free agent.

Rask said that he would address injuries, possible surgery and the future at a later date.
