A suspect in a deadly home invasion case last month in Palmer is under arrest.
The Hampden District Attorney's office says Freddy Rosario of Springfield was picked up in Baltimore, Maryland on February 21st and arraigned in Palmer District Court on Thursday on a charge of home invasion.
Rosario is believed to have been one of three suspects in an attempted home invasion on February 11th.
One of the other suspects, fellow city resident Benny Flores, was shot by the resident, Dimitri Bryant, who faces marijuana distribution charges.
