A Massachusetts state trooper is on administrative leave after he was found to be under the influence of alcohol on the job.
Trooper Jonathan Brown was in the middle of an overnight shift early yesterday when he was relieved of duty.
A hearing will take place later this week to further address his status.
Brown reportedly was slurring his speech on the police radio before he was relieved of duty for the night and placed on leave.
Officials say they are trying to determine whether he was out on any calls.
