Add drug charges to the case against a Springfield man charged in a road rage shooting incident last week.
The Chicopee Police Department says four-hundred bags of a substance believed to be heroin, plus nine freezer bags of marijuana and thousands of dollars of cash were found in the vehicle of Dwayne Howlette on Monday after it was impounded.
Howlette is accused of firing shots at another driver whose five-year-old son was a passenger as the two vehicles drove on East Main Street in Chicopee last week.
