A mistrial is being declared for the second time in the case of a Springfield man facing child rape charges.
That was the development on Tuesday in Hampshire Superior Court after an issue with jurors arose shortly after the trial of Kevin DiRocco began, and three jurors were dismissed.
The case will be retried next month.
DiRocco's first trial ended in the same result because of a deadlocked jury.
