Two women are being charged in connection to the death of a burned body discovered in Hatfield earlier this year.
The Northwestern District Attorney's Office says an indictment was issued on Tuesday by a Hampshire County grand jury against Alondra Gil and Mercedes Diaz-Wright, both of Northampton, on the charge of misleading a police officer.
The victim was identified as Daniel Cruz, who was found in March.
The investigation into the case is ongoing, according to the prosecutor's office.
