Nearly four-hundred chickens and roosters were seized in Hampshire County last week after an alleged illegal cockfighting operation was discovered.
Northampton police officers and the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals took the birds from a farm in Florence.
It is still unclear if any arrests have been made.
