The Springfield Police Department is announcing the arrest of a murder suspect.
Terrance Montgomery of West Springfield was picked up by U.S. Marshals at a home in Laurinburg, North Carolina on Tuesday.
He will be charged with murder in Hampden County for the shooting death of Paul Finegan earlier this month.
Police say Finegan was shot and killed at a birthday party for a three-year-old.
