The FBI is ending its excessive force probe against three Agawam police officers.
Officers John Moccio and Edward Connor, as well as Sergeant Anthony Grasso, were fired in 2016 for their roles in the arrest of David Desjardins at Six Flags New England.
Agawam Mayor William Sapelli says following the FBI's decision to drop the case last month, the officers are being brought back to the force.
Sapelli, who came into office in January, reversed the action of former mayor Richard Cohen, who fired the trio after the incident.
Two of the officers have already been reinstated.
One of the officers is still going through a Civil Service review.
