Chicopee Police Chief William Jebb is reportedly on the road to recovery a week after being seriously injured in a motorcycle crash.
He's still hospitalized, but a photo released by Chicopee Police show the Chief smiling during a chat with Detective Scott Lynch.
Jebb was hurt when he crashed at the 391 exit ramp off Grattan Street a week ago last night.
