Falmouth Man Held Without Bail In Police Shooting

The man accused of shooting at two Falmouth police officers is officially charged.  

Twenty-one-year-old Malik Koval was arraigned today as he was shackled to his hospital bed.  

The two officers will survive.

Officials say Koval will be the subject of a dangerousness hearing at a later date.

 Meanwhile, Koval is being held without bail and his mother and brother are facing charges of interfering with a police investigation.
