Suffield, Connecticut officials say a town worker has been placed on paid administrative leave after waiting a month to report an alleged case of child abuse or neglect.
The alleged incident did not happen though at the Parks and Recreation Department programs, although officials aren't saying anything about the specifics.
Officials though say the worker waited for a month before reporting the incident.
A criminal investigation is underway.
The results of the probe have not been released yet.
