A class-action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of those who had to evacuate the Merrimack Valley over a natural gas emergency.
The suit comes against Columbia Gas, accusing the utility of negligence leading up to the fires and explosions last week.
Families were able to return home on Sunday but still do not have gas service.
Over eight-thousand Columbia Gas customers were affected by the emergency situation.
Meantime, Governor Baker says that he is appreciative of Columbia Gas 10 million dollar donation to the relief fund set up by the state for the victims of the explosion.
So far there has been no cause of the explosion announced.
