One person is dead after an apparent carbon monoxide poisoning incident in Hampden County.
The incident at a home in Wales Wednesday is being investigated by the state Fire Marshal, which is specifically looking at the possibility that a heating system was the culprit and also if the home had working CO detectors.
The name of the deceased and a second person who was injured are not being released.
