Smith College is sharing the results of an alleged racial profiling incident this past summer.
A college employee called campus security to report a person in an area of a campus building that was closed for the day and said the individual, identified as student Oumou Kanoute looked "out of place".
The ACLU and others said the incident was an example of "living while black" profiling.
The investigation, released on Monday, determined there was no evidence of discrimination, but the school said it will try to enhance staff training to address concerns about "implicit bias".
Some students say that the report provided few specifics about the incident.
