There was some frustration about how a meeting unfolded yesterday on the topic of a proposed recreational marijuana shop in Springfield.
Springfield Cannabis Company president Steven Mrowzinski shared some details about wanting to operate out of a vacant industrial property on Cottage Street.
However, City Councilor Michael Fenton, whose ward includes the proposed site, criticized Mrowzinski for showing up late to the meeting and for not being able to offer enough details, calling the meeting a colossal waste of the public's time.
Mrowzinksi apologized for being tardy.
Another meeting is being scheduled so more answers can be forthcoming.
