A man is under arrest for allegedly driving drunk and the wrong way on Interstate 91.
The incident late last night caused large backups on the interstate.
State police reports indicate the driver drove from Connecticut into Longmeadow in the southbound lane, hit a police cruiser and two other vehicles, causing what are believed to be minor injuries, and flipped over in Springfield.
Troopers have not identified the driver but say he was from West Springfield, and was not injured.
More details are expected during arraignment later today.
