A Hadley man is being sentenced to three to four years in state prison for participating in a home invasion in Amherst.
Patrick Bemben was sentenced in Hampshire Superior Court on Monday after pleading guilty to ten charges, including aggravated assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Police say Bemben orchestrated a violent home invasion in 2016 because he was upset that the residents of the home were no-longer selling him marijuana.
