Springfield Police have arrested a 22 year old man and charged him with murder.
Duryl Hale will be arraigned Monday.
Springfield Police say they were called to the Knox Street Market Friday night for a report of an armed robbery.
Police say that two victims were shot, one fatally. A police spokesman says that the second victim is expected to survive.
It is believed to be the sixteenth murder of the year in the city.
