Attorneys for Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev are looking to have his death sentence thrown out.
Attorneys for Tsarnaev say the refusal of the judge to move the trial from Boston made it impossible for him to get a fair trial.
The brief from the convicted and condemned killer's attorneys is more than 500 pages and says forcing the trial to be held in Boston deprived him of an impartial jury and a reliable verdict.
