Governor Charlie Baker is proposing a bill that would bring legalized sports gaming to Massachusetts.
Baker's proposal would allow sports gaming lounges at each of the three licensed casinos in the state.
People would be able to bet on professional sports, but not on college games, and gaming would be available online.
Bets placed would include a ten percent tax, which would generate an estimated 30 to 45-million-dollars a year for the state.
