One person being charged and is set for arraignment tomorrow in connection with a domestic disturbance in Springfield's Indian Orchard neighborhood.
Officers fired at the unidentified suspect on Layzon Brothers Road last night.
Police say the suspect suffered minor injuries and was treated before being booked.
No other information has been released as police and the Hampden County District Attorney's office investigate the incident.
Springfield Police say that the two officers who fired their weapon during the incident have been placed on desk duty.
That is a normal event after such cases.
