Some Snow -- Colder Temperatures Ready To Strike

Mixed precipitation is expected from a storm moving through the region tonight and early tomorrow. It will be mostly rain along the coast, but farther inland it will be snow.

A coating to a couple of inches of accumulation is possible in parts of eastern Massachusetts, with higher amounts likely in the central and western parts of the state.

The latest from the National Weather Service indicates that north of Hartford through to Enfield could get one or two inches.

The Greater Springfield area could see 2 to 4 inches with more in the colder and higher elevations.

By Thursday morning temperatures will be in the single digits.

We are expecting warmer temperatures on Friday and through the weekend.
