An Easthampton woman is being charged in connection to a pedestrian death last December.
The Northwestern District Attorney's office says Ruby Schmid is expected to be arraigned in Northampton District Court on Friday on charges including negligent motor vehicle homicide.
Schmid is accused of causing a crash in Easthampton that claimed the life of Denise Herzog, also of Easthampton.
