A Superior Court Judge has refused to dismiss charges against a the co-owner of Nathan Bill’s Bar, where an alleged beating involving off duty police officers happened.
John Sullivan is accused of assault and battery and conspiracy.
He has been released on personal recognizance.
Sullivan’s Attorney arguing that the state has not proven its case against his client. Four officers are awaiting trial after being indicted last week.
