U.S. Senator Richard Blumenthal is calling for an investigation after Friday's deadly mosque shooting in New Zealand was streamed live on Facebook.
The Connecticut Democrat says the social media platform is responsible for monitoring footage as it's being broadcast.
Blumenthal says he wants an immediate congressional hearings on the matter.
