A Ludlow woman has been arrested for hoarding 21 abandoned cats and leaving them to fend for themselves.
42 year old Carrie Douthwright is accused of a felony after the cats were found in pretty tough shape living in uninhabitable conditions, many who lost lost of their fur.
The cats are still being treated by the MSPCA in Boston.
Officials say the home where the cats were found has been condemned.
