Massachusetts Congressman Seth Moulton is joining the long list of Democrats running for president.
Moulton is the 19th candidate now running for the Democratic presidential nomination.
The 40-year-old Moulton is serving his third term representing a district north of Boston that includes Salem and the famous fishing town of Gloucester .
He's a Marine combat veteran who was awarded a Bronze Star for his service in Iraq.
